The house of water. Thatched palapa roofs, timber beams, hand carved doors and woven Mexican textiles, opening straight onto tropical garden and a secluded beach.

The terrace is the heart of it. Alfresco dining for ten, the heated infinity pool a step away, and enough room for a large group to be together without anyone losing their own corner.

A forty foot thatched roof covers the common area, and folding doors open the whole of it onto the terrace, the private beach and the water. Only two private residences for neighbours, and a five minute walk to the village and marina.

Before you ask.

Getting here
Cancún International (CUN) is about an hour north, 77 km. The house is beachfront on Fatima Bay. Your concierge can arrange transport from the airport, quoted separately.
Check-in and check-out
Check in from 3pm. Check out by 11am.
Your concierge
Once your dates are held, a concierge is assigned to your stay. Your card is authorised at that point, not charged.
