The house
Modern, open to the water, and run on the sun.
Place of Light. Five rooms in total: three in the main building, two of which share a terrace over the infinity pool and the white sand, plus two more in the guest house with private entrances.
The main living room opens onto the terrace and pool and is built around a large fountain ringed with cushions, which is where people end up reading, or sitting with the children, or doing nothing at all. The pool runs in three tiers down toward the sand, and there is an open air shower on the beach side for rinsing off in the breeze.
The house runs on solar. The two newest bedrooms look over the gardens, and one of them has a moon shower, open to the sky, for washing off under the stars.
Every room has a king bed, its own bathroom, television and air conditioning.

What to know
Before you ask.
- Getting here
- Cancún International (CUN) is about an hour north, 77 km. The house is beachfront on Fatima Bay. Your concierge can arrange transport from the airport, quoted separately.
- Check-in and check-out
- Check in from 3pm. Check out by 11am.
- Your concierge
- Once your dates are held, a concierge is assigned to your stay. Your card is authorised at that point, not charged.
- Food and the household
- The house is staffed. The chef cooks halal meals for your party, and plans the menu around you before you arrive.
